Provide minor home repairs and maintenance for the elderly and physically challenged, at no cost to the recipient.

Repairs homes of senior citizens or physically challenged who are financially/physically unable
to do the repairs.

Healthy Eating and Active Living

Partner with Capital Area Food Bank,
Fort Washington Manor Senior Apartments and Global Vision Community Medical Center to conduct Nutrition classes and Healthy Cooking on a Budget demonstrations.


Fort Washington Forest Elementary,
Fort Washington, Maryland, to mentor students and provide positive learning experiences inside and outside the classroom.

Prince George’s County Clean Up Green Up

Supports the initiative to make our community cleaner and greener by planting shrubbery and plants.

Provisions Met Food Pantry

Provide food to families and individuals in the community.

Foundation of River Jordan Project

The Spirit Ministry is the foundation of River Jordan Project, Inc. and designed
to teach Biblical, Spiritual, and Character Principles of Integrity, Honesty, Trustworthiness, Discipline, Leadership, and Self-Control. The ministry’s goal is to conduct daily bible studies for individuals and families of all ages that will help them through challenging times in their lives.


The Mind Ministry is designed to Educate, Encourage, and Empower the community in Education, Employment, Economics, and Social Values


The Body Ministry addresses the full range of health issues, embracing our physical being through Exercise, Dietary Supplements, and Preventive Medical Measures, etc. This ministry is unique for it is part of God’s bigger plan to empower the community through education. The Body Ministry, presents community Health Fairs and exclusive Workshops.

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen is a native Washingtonian and resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland since 1975. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Howard University, Washington, DC., Masters of Biblical Studies and Doctorate of Ministry. Rev. Dr. Screen was ordained by the International Fellowship of Ministers on January 17, 2010.
Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen has a passion for facilitating positive lifestyle changes in the community and performs many outreach services to make a difference for all who are willing to receive.

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen’s 1996 vision of River Jordan Project, Inc., became reality in November 2004. This vision takes the triune approach of empowering the Spirit, Mind, and Body. His impassioned purpose is being realized through his work with River Jordan Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen is a seasoned veteran in leadership and teamwork. His leadership and teamwork training continued in the United States Marine Corps’ Reserve Officer Candidate School.

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen’s philosophy is, “In order to lead, you have to know how to follow”. He distinguished himself as a leader during his 30 year career with United Parcel Service. He performed public relation services representing UPS at community charity events and hosted international delegations, State Senators and political leaders. He received annual Pursuit of Excellence Awards and was inducted into the elite Circle of Honor for 25 Years of Safe Driving. In June 2007, he retired after a 30 year stellar career.

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Screen’s work ethic and character principles are based on Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ, which strengtheneth me.” and Colossians 3:23, “And whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”

Rev. Tierney Screen is Co-Founder and Vice President of River Jordan Project, Inc., a nonprofit organization that empowers the Spirit, Mind, and Body.

Rev. Screen has worked for the federal government for over 38 years in various positions. Currently, she is a Management and Program Analyst in Financial Management.
Rev. Screen was ordained by the International Fellowship of Ministers on January 17, 2010. For over 11 years, River Jordan Project has afforded Rev. Screen the opportunities to express her passion to help people through outreach programs such as S.H.A.R.E. Food, Provisions Met Food Pantry, Christmas in April, Helpful Hands From Caring Hearts, and Adopt-a-School, to name a few. River Jordan Project has outreach partner relationships with churches, organizations and State and County governments.

Rev. Screen is a Certified Health Ambassador with the Capital Area Food Bank’s Health Ambassador Program. The program aims to educate, equip and empower the ambassadors to utilize best practices in nutrition education and champion healthy eating in their communities to improve their health so they can live in the fullness of optimum wellness.

Rev. Screen conducted workshops at Bowie State University, Bowie, Maryland, in building self esteem and focusing on your future in education, employment, health, and positive lifestyles. She taught basic computer literacy to seniors at the YMCA in Fort Washington, Maryland. She partnered with medical Clinicians and professionals to bring information workshops and seminars to Senior Housing communities.

Rev. Screen’s foundational scripture is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.
